Responsibilities

• Announcing codes and pages through Vocera across Norton network
• Answering and transferring calls to the appropriate location
• Store, retrieve, review, assess, and process health information in both paper and electronic formats
• Provide customer support and guide patients through the MyChart app/website
• Request medical records to be mailed or faxed and log through Epic
• Assist patients with connecting to Zoom visits and general troubleshooting
• Answer calls from other healthcare entities and release records via phone, Epic, Mail and Fax
