Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Answer telephone, determine nature of patient calls, route calls or take messages.
• Schedule appointments, pull charts, and update information in the billing system.
• Greet patients and family members, and facilitate patient flow into the practice.
• Handle charge entry, referrals and pre-certifications, and scheduling of specialists and diagnostic tests.
