Job summary

Damien Center, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, seeks an EHR Systems Analyst & Support Specialist to keep our eClinicalWorks EHR running smoothly and to empower care teams. This full-time, salaried role combines helpdesk support with workflow optimization to support FQHC and PCMH reporting needs.

You will troubleshoot issues, manage user access, configure templates, and train staff while partnering with operations and leadership to improve care quality and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, IT, Nursing, Public Health, or related field.
• 3+ years of EHR system support in a healthcare setting.
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks; 2+ years in an FQHC or community health center.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary EHR helpdesk resource for eClinicalWorks and resolve user issues.
• Triage, document, and track requests through to resolution; escalate to vendor when needed.
• Manage user accounts, security roles, and access control.
• Configure templates, forms, alerts, registries, and other workflow tools.
• Lead EHR onboarding and staff training.
