Job summary

Damien Center is seeking an EHR Systems Analyst and Support Specialist in Indianapolis, IN to serve as the primary helpdesk resource for the eClinicalWorks EHR and SME for FQHC/PCMH workflows. You will optimize workflows, support quality reporting, and collaborate with care, operations, and leadership teams to enhance patient care delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years’ EHR experience, with 2+ years in FQHC/primary care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience supporting an EHR system.
• Minimum of two years in an FQHC, community health center, or primary care environment.
• Experience with PCMH principles and quality reporting preferred.
• Must complete specified IT/Healthcare courses within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for eClinicalWorks users.
• Analyze and optimize integrated care and operational workflows.
• Support quality reporting and UDS initiatives.
• Develop training materials and conduct end‑user education.
• Configure and maintain EHR workflows and templates.
• Participate in system implementations and upgrades.
