Job summary

Digital Scale Software Solutions is seeking an eClinicalWorks System Analyst to manage and optimize the eCW EHR platform across clinical and revenue cycle teams. You will configure ambulatory workflows, templates, and templates while driving efficient provider workflows and ensuring regulatory alignment.

The role involves leading implementations and upgrades, coordinating requirements, testing, and go-live support, and providing Tier 2/3 support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare IT, Information Systems, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of hands-on experience supporting eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Experience with healthcare data exchange and integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain eCW modules including ambulatory workflows, templates, and documentation tools.
• Optimize workflows to improve provider efficiency and patient throughput.
• Lead and support eCW implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements gathering, testing, and go-live support.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for eCW-related issues.
