Nordic Global, a leading provider serving the healthcare industry, seeks an EHR Application Analyst II within Government Programs to deliver advanced support for clinical and business applications. You will manage incidents, document workflows, and maintain vendor relationships while aligning with defined SLAs.

The role requires a strong healthcare IT background, ITIL-based service management experience, and the ability to lead small projects.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Sciences, or related field; 8+ years’ industry experience.

Responsabilidades

Respond to application support requests and incidents within defined SLAs.
Manage application and team documentation through proper document management lifecycles.
Maintain and expand relationships with software vendors to ensure top-tier support.
Plan and execute application upgrades and patching for security.
Pursue and achieve relevant certifications and ongoing professional development.
Lead smaller analyst-led projects and coordinate scheduling, follow-ups, and status updates.
Gain proficiency in clinically integrated hospital and physician office workflows.
