S:US is seeking an EHR Operations Specialist to join the IT department in person in the New York area. You will build and optimize Her workflows in Netsmart MyEvolv, troubleshoot issues, and generate reports to support end-users.

The role emphasizes customer-focused support, collaboration with QA, and strong communication to translate needs into system improvements. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or related field (or equivalent).
• 2+ years in application support, IT, data analysis, or EHR system administration.
• Experience designing workflows and forms in Netsmart MyEvolv EHR.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service orientation.
• Ability to train users and create user-friendly documentation.

Responsabilités

• Build, deploy, and maintain workflows in Netsmart’s MyEvolv.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot EHR issues; provide timely support.
• Review workflows and evaluate features to improve efficiency.
• Serve as primary or backup support for EHR software.
• Ensure features meet regulatory requirements with QA collaboration.
• Create customized reports and data visualizations.
