Services for the UnderServed is seeking an EHR Operations Specialist to join the Information Technology Department in New York. This role focuses on configuring and supporting Netsmart MyEvolv, optimizing workflows, and delivering reliable end-user support.

Emphasis on customer service and proactive problem-solving is essential. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in EHR or IT support, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in application support, IT, data analysis, or EHR admin.
• Experience designing workflows in Netsmart MyEvolv EHR.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to train users and create user documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with SharePoint and system integrations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build, deploy, and maintain workflows in Netsmart MyEvolv.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot EHR issues and provide timely support.
• Review workflows and evaluate features to improve efficiency.
• Serve as primary or backup support for EHR-related software.
• Ensure features align with regulatory requirements in collaboration with QA.
• Create customized reports and data visualizations.
