American Unit, Inc. is seeking an EHR Stability Analyst to support the Virginia Department of Health’s EHR deployment and ongoing optimization.

You will assist Local Health District users, assess workflow needs, document enhancement opportunities, and coordinate with vendor, technical, and business teams to ensure the system meets clinical requirements. In this role you will contribute to interim solutions, participate in testing cycles, and help craft user guides and training materials.

Formación

• Experience providing application support in healthcare environments.
• Strong requirements documentation and enhancement analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient workflows.
• Experience participating in structured testing cycles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.

Responsabilidades

• Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Monitor and maintain key EHR workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand operational needs, evaluate current EHR capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend effective alternative solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile documentation as needed.
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical, clinical, and business teams.
• Produce clear user documentation, job aids, and training materials.
