Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking an EHR Stability Analyst to support deployment, adoption, and ongoing improvements of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across Local Health Districts.

You will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the EHR meets clinical and operational requirements and contribute to agile documentation and testing. The role requires onsite work in Richmond, VA with travel to districts during go-live activities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing application support in healthcare environments.
• Strong skills in requirements documentation and enhancement analysis.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows.
• Experience participating in structured testing cycles.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts.
• Triage, troubleshoot, and elevate issues appropriately.
• Monitor and maintain key EHR workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand operational needs, evaluate current EHR capabilities, identify gaps, and recommend effective alternative solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile documentation as needed.
• Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical, clinical, and business teams.
• Produce clear user documentation, job aids, and training materials.
