Job Title: EHR Stability Analyst
Location(s): Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
The EHR Stability Analyst plays a vital role in ensuring the successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. This role supports Local Health District end users, evaluates workflow needs, documents enhancement opportunities, and partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendor organizations to ensure the EHR aligns with operational and clinical requirements. The analyst will also contribute to interim solution development and help define strategies for long-term system improvements.
This position requires candidates to work onsite and travel to Local Health Districts as part of EHR rolling go-live activities. Parking is not provided.
