Job summary

Saisystems Health is seeking a RCM Strategist to advise provider organizations on end-to-end revenue cycle improvement, from charge capture to AR recovery. You will diagnose gaps, implement best-practice workflows, and translate performance data into actionable plans.

In this hybrid role, you will lead client sessions, develop dashboards, and collaborate with PacEHR, Payor Enrollment, and Compliance teams to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience.
• Coding certification (CPC/CCS or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–8+ years in healthcare revenue cycle management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary revenue cycle consultant for clients, advising on billing, coding, claims, and AR recovery.
