Job summary

Saisystems Health seeks an experienced EHR Optimization Advisor in Shelton, CT to lead advisory work on system configuration, templates, and workflows across multiple healthcare clients.

You will design and deliver training, guide change management, and collaborate with CMOs, IT teams, and clinical operations to improve documentation, usability, and value-based care reporting. Hybrid role with on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics or related field or equivalent experience.
• Professional EHR implementation/optimization experience with major platforms (Epic, Athenahealth, Cerner, etc.).
• Experience advising on clinical documentation improvement and interoperability standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead client-focused EHR optimization engagements with measurable outcomes.
• Provide advisory input on configuration, templates, and provider usability.
• Assess workflows, identify gaps, and deliver prioritized optimization roadmaps.
• Develop and deliver role-based EHR training and adoption resources.
• Partner with IT, operations, and clinical teams to improve documentation and coding workflows.
• Guide clients through upgrades and change management initiatives.
