Medaptus is hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end deployments of its EHR-integrated revenue cycle and patient assignment solutions for physician groups, hospitals, and health systems.

This highly client-facing role owns the relationship from kickoff through go-live and early post-go-live support, coordinating with hospital IT, clinical leadership, and Medaptus engineering to deliver successful implementations on a typical 90-day timeline.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in healthcare IT implementation or related client-facing role.
• Experience with Epic, Cerner, or MEDITECH and HL7 interfaces.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead client implementations from kickoff to go-live on ~90-day timeline.
• Maintain project plans, trackers, notes and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate technical integration with client IT teams (VPN, interface feeds).
• Run workflow assessments to map current-state processes and design future-state configuration.
• Lead interface and data validation testing.
• Deliver end-user training and provide go-live support onsite or remotely.
• Serve as primary contact for accounts post go-live and triage issues.
• Collaborate with support, engineering, and product for enhancements.
• Share on-call coverage for urgent issues outside business hours.
• Assist with sales demonstrations occasionally.
