Job summary
Netsmart is seeking a Software Engineer to design, develop, and support our MyEvolv EHR platform used by behavioral health and human services providers. You will build scalable applications with C#, .NET, and SQL, collaborating with PMs, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience developing applications with C# and the Microsoft .NET framework.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and software development fundamentals.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, relational databases, data modeling, and SQL development.
- Understanding of cloud-based SaaS architectures.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, and SQL.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, high-quality code and perform debugging, root-cause analysis, and testing.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, planning, design reviews, and peer code reviews.
- Support on-call rotations and drive performance, security, and reliability improvements.
