Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5–7 years in EHR integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management.
• Epic Bridges certification throughout employment in position.
• Proficient in HL7 and FHIR integration standards.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of complex EHR and system integration projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards.
• Present reports for highly complex projects on integration progress, performance, and KPIs to stakeholders, translating technical concepts for cross-functional audiences.
• Proactively establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including at the executive level.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance the organization’s integration capabilities and future growth.
