Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or GED with 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in EHR integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management.
• Epic Bridges certification throughout employment.
• Expert knowledge of integration solutions (point-to-point, API), EHR systems (Epic, Cerner), and HL7/FHIR.
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication; leadership and organizational skills.
• Compliance with HIPAA/HITECH regulations; proficient in MS Office.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of complex EHR and system integration projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, requirements, issues, and risks; share best practices.
• Present reports on integration progress, performance, and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance integration capabilities.
• Assess business strategy to guide technical processes and concepts.
• Design interoperability strategies for data exchange between EHR platforms.
• Provide advanced guidance on integration standards for product teams.
• Document and present creative integration solutions to senior management.
