Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years IT experience supporting system integrations.
• 3+ years Interface Engine Development.
• Epic Bridges Certification.
• Ability to develop in Corepoint or another interface engine.
• Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and clearly communicate solutions.
• Ability to understand organizational requirements and their impact on the technical aspects of a solution.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Mentor other EHR Integration Analysts on interface engine development and best practices.
• Provide EHR integration team representation on project teams.
• Coordinate with engineers on evidence-based solutions to meet operational needs.
• Develop new interfaces in the Corepoint interface engine.
• Configure interfaces within the Epic EHR system.
• Work with application teams, subject matter experts, and third-party experts to determine business needs and configure interfaces.
• Manage the entire cycle of interface development: analysis, design, implementation, go-live, support.
• Drive interface projects with the project manager to meet deadlines.
• Develop, write, and execute test plans to meet requirements and regulatory standards.
• Monitor the health of live interfaces and provide proactive support.
• Understand data structures and document technical specifications for target data elements.
• Analyze and manipulate external data for HL7 conversion into target systems.
• Communicate with technical and leadership stakeholders clearly.
• Support and comply with the Quality Management System policies.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Lift up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Work on mobile device/tablet or computer for majority of day.
• Travel approximately 5% of time.
