Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or GED with relevant duties experience as outlined in essential duties.
3-5 years of experience in EHR or system integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management.
Possession of or ability to obtain Epic Bridges certification within 6 months of hire and maintain throughout employment.
Strong knowledge of integration solutions (point-to-point, API), EHR systems (Epic, Cerner) and HL7/FHIR standards.
Demonstrated capability in managing multiple projects concurrently and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of EHR and system integration projects, aligning with goals and regulatory standards.
Manage scope, schedule, requirements, issues, and risks using established PM practices.
Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot, and implement enhancements.
Coordinate changes from original specifications and report progress and KPIs to stakeholders.
