Job summary

Abbott is seeking an Integration Manager to lead medium to high complexity EHR and system integration projects in the US. You will manage scope, schedule, requirements, and risks while collaborating with stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role requires knowledge of Epic/ Cerner, HL7/FHIR, and HIPAA/HITECH, plus 3–5 years in healthcare IT project management. Travel ~25% between Exact Science locations is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or GED with 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in EHR or system integration, healthcare IT management, or IT project management.
• Ability to obtain Epic Bridges certification within 6 months of hire and maintain.
• Strong knowledge of integration solutions (e.g., point-to-point, API) and EHR systems (Epic, Cerner).
• Demonstrated project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and HITECH regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of EHR and system integration projects ensuring alignment with goals.
• Manage scope, schedule, requirements, issues, and risks.
• Monitor integration performance and implement enhancements.
• Coordinate changes from original specifications.
• Present reports on progress, KPIs, and translate technical concepts for stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and leadership.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to EHR integration.
