The role will develop the training strategy, translate workflows into practical learning materials, and coordinate go-live readiness and staff support. Qualifications

• Translate technical information into clear, practical instructions for a broad audience.
• Experience creating training materials for EHR or scale software.
• Experience with change management and organizational readiness activities.
• Able to travel between worksites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops the implementation plan and training strategy for organization-wide EHR implementation.
• Collaborates with stakeholders and SMEs to understand system functionality and approved workflows.
• Develops organization-specific training materials including guides, job aids, and FAQs.
• Delivers instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions for staff and super-users.
• Monitors completion of training and updates leadership as needed.
• Supports go-live by coordinating training resources and updating materials.
