Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System seeks an EHR Training Leader responsible for operational accountability and oversight of the EHR training department. You will model strong leadership, ensure tasks and projects align with organizational goals, and drive scope management, implementation goals, and project delivery across large initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of project management and/or program leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the EHR training department and ensure tasks are completed.
• Set tone and model positive leadership behavior to guide teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate training policies, classroom and virtual sessions, and onboarding of super users and Epic Educators.
• Manage scope, implementation goals, and project delivery across large organization-wide initiatives.
