Job summary

SERV Behavioral Health System, Inc. seeks an Implementation Training Specialist to lead training and organizational readiness for the iCareManager EHR rollout. You will shape the training strategy, translate workflows into practical materials, and guide go-live readiness across sites.

You will develop guides, job aids, and quick references; deliver instructor-led and virtual sessions; coordinate super-users; track progress and address post-implementation questions to stabilize usage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in a related field or equivalent
3–5 years’ experience in developing and delivering role-based training, e-learning, or LMS content in health or tech
Experience creating training materials for EHR systems or similar scale software
Experience with change management and organizational readiness activities
Valid driver’s license and clean driving history

Responsibilities

Develops the implementation plan and training strategy for organization-wide EHR deployment
Collaborates with the implementation team and SMEs to understand system functionality and workflows
Participates in testing, identifies gaps, and escalates issues to stakeholders
Creates training materials: user guides, guides, job aids, presentations, FAQs
Delivers instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions
Monitors training completion and updates leadership on progress
Supports go-live by coordinating resources and addressing user questions
Performs other duties to meet department or organizational objectives
