Job summary

Centurion Health in Nashville, TN seeks an EHR Manager to oversee assessment, selection, and implementation of healthcare systems for our clients. You will lead EHR optimization within existing contracts, coordinating vendor relations and training teams on new features.

Work with Clinical Operations to map forms, study workflows, and drive process improvements. The role involves project management, budgeting input, and ensuring HIPAA/compliance across multiple contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience implementing EHR/EMR/EDR and other healthcare-related systems.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a clinical environment.
• 1-2 years of Project Management experience.
• Experience coordinating Pharmacy, Lab, and Radiology interfaces within the EHR system.
• Experience working with EHR vendors for pricing, support, and implementation.
• Knowledge of correctional/general healthcare standards such as HIPAA, ACA, HL7, ICD10.

Responsibilities

• Act as a point of contact for all EHR-related projects.
• Travel to sites during initial phases of EHR implementations.
• Work with vendors during facility assessments.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to map forms in EHR systems.
• Research and demo various EHR/EMR/EDR systems and improvements.
• Coordinate training for users and upgrade coordination with vendors.
• Lead change committees for contracts and oversee related activities.
• Serve as project manager or business analyst for healthcare applications.
• Improve EHR systems by studying workflows and forms and suggesting modifications.
• Develop reports to ensure regulatory compliance and contract goals.
