Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading EHR implementations in ambulatory or MSO settings.
• Strong stakeholder management with clinicians and executives.
• Proven ability to design workflows and optimize clinical operations.
• Knowledge of athenaOne suite and interoperability concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EHR implementations, including discovery, design, testing, training, go-live and stabilization.
• Own and maintain internal product roadmap and backlog aligned with clinical value.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across IT, revenue cycle, and operations.
• Establish governance, change control, and documentation standards.
• Monitor adoption metrics and drive continuous improvement after go-live.
