Job summary

Lexington Health, Inc. seeks a Clinical Applications Manager to oversee the design, build, and operation of EHR and related clinical systems. You will coordinate with IS leadership, nursing and medical staff to ensure workflows align with clinical needs and regulatory standards.

You will manage projects from planning through deployment, track progress, and mitigate risks while guiding vendors and internal teams to successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Medical Informatics or related field.
• 3+ years of IT project leadership in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of Epic and clinical EHR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, build, deployment and administration of clinical systems.
• Lead multiple projects with IS Clinical Services and stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison for clinical needs and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Monitor performance, risks, and vendor relations across projects.
