Job summary
Centurion Health is seeking an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Manager in Nashville, TN. The role oversees assessment, selection, and implementation of healthcare systems across contracts and leads optimization of EHR usage while building vendor relationships.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in EHR/EMR/EDR implementations, with preferred experience in correctional healthcare. This is a day-shift, full-time corporate role with up to 25% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required and strong background in clinical informatics or related IT field.
- Experience implementing EHR/EMR/EDR systems in healthcare settings.
- Minimum five years in a clinical environment with EHR projects.
- Experience in a correctional healthcare environment preferred.
- Proven ability to analyze workflows and drive clinical process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for all EHR-related projects.
- Coordinate site travel during EHR implementations and support teams.
- Collaborate with vendors on EHR/EMR/EDR system upgrades and training.
- Lead efforts to optimize staff utilization of Clinical Technology via EHR.
- Develop reports and actions to ensure regulatory compliance and contract goals.
- Create user documentation and coordinate training for users.
- Represent the company in trainings, presentations, and meetings as required.
- Review and implement administrative policies related to EHR processes.
