2Life Communities seeks an EHR Systems Administrator to join our IT team in Newton, MA. You will support both Enterprise and Stand-Alone applications within the Opus model, collaborating with business and technical teams in a fast-paced, agile setting.

The role emphasizes data extraction, report development, and end-user training to maximize system value. Responsibilities include configuring and rolling out a new EHR platform, building dashboards, and supporting staff with scheduling and event

Qualifications

• Experience managing an EHR system and working with end users to streamline the system.
• Comfort with creating and meeting reporting needs of staff and senior management.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Experience collaborating in a team, in person or remote.

Responsibilities

• Support and rollout of the EHR platform across the Opus environment.
• Develop and deliver self-service reports and dashboards for departments.
• Train end users on data usage and EHR nuances.
• Extract and synthesize EHR data to support decision making.
