Job summary

2Life Communities in Massachusetts seeks an EHR Systems Administrator to join our Information Technology team, supporting the Opus business model and multiple enterprise applications. You will work with business and technical teams in a collaborative, agile environment where every individual’s input is valued.

Responsibilities include configuring and rolling out a new EHR platform, building self-service reports and dashboards for Opus departments, and extracting data for staff and leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an EHR system and streamlining end-user workflows.
• Ability to create and meet reporting needs for staff and senior management.
• Excellent organization and project management skills; comfortable in collaborative settings.
• Experience working in both in-person and remote teams; strong communication.
• Experience configuring and rolling out new EHR platforms and providing user guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop operations dashboards for Opus department KPIs.
• Extract and synthesize data from the EHR to build self-service reports for staff and leadership.
• Support configuration and rollout of new EHR platforms with care plans and guidance.
• Collaborate with IT and Opus teams to balance business needs with technical complexity.
