Job summary

Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a Change Management and Adoption Consultant to support electronic health record (EHR) implementation on site. You will prep end users with change management tools, analyze workflows end-to-end, and serve as the go-to resource for new users to ensure a successful go-live.

You will build stakeholder relationships, support training, go-live, and sustainment activities, and contribute to business development across the VA account team. Travel up to 100% is required.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years change management or training experience; 5+ preferred.
• Available to work 12-hour shifts on site during pre- and post go-live.
• Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as a clinician, admin, or end user.

Responsibilities

• Support EHR implementation on site with change management and training tools.
• Serve as go-to resource for new users and provide change management resources.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to align with program objectives.
• Support go-live, sustainment activities, and deliverables development.
• Create slide decks and presentations; track progress across workstreams.
• Educate business partners on value of change management and engage practitioners.
