Zusammenfassung

Guidehouse is seeking a Change Management and Adoption Consultant to support our client’s electronic health record (EHR) implementation. You will prepare end users on-site, applying change management and training tools, while building stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with program objectives.

Responsibilities include training delivery, go-live support, and sustaining activities, plus contributing to business development for the VA account team. Expect up to 100% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of change management or training experience; 5+ preferred.
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts on site during pre/post go-live activities.
• Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as clinician or end user.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to executives.

• Support change management implementation and execute the overarching strategy.
• Deliver change management communications informing the organization of the program.
• Provide insight and coordinate change impacts across affected personas.
• Support pre-go-live activities including training and adoption events.
• Guide client conversations toward effective outcomes.
• Educate partners on the value of change management and engage practitioners.
• Build relationships with service line staff as a primary POC before go-live.
• Identify opportunities for improvement with clients and team.
• Develop slide decks and presentations; track initiatives and workstreams.
