Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Direct experience with EHR implementation and support is expected.

Responsibilities

• Defines, documents, builds and maintains EHR content.
• Creates functional specifications for content within the EHR application.
• Manages projects with supervision and develops project management skills.
• Escalates issues affecting deliverables to maintain timelines.
• Maintains certifications for applicable EHR applications and stays updated.
• Acts as liaison between IT, customers and vendors.
• Prepares and maintains technical documentation and user guides.
• Provides after-hours support as required.
• Mentors junior colleagues in application knowledge.
