Accylerate, LLC. seeks an EHR Analyst to support healthcare applications, analyze workflows, and translate business needs into system enhancements.

The role requires strong requirements gathering, Agile documentation, and testing, with knowledge of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience with EHR/Cerner/Oracle Health, SQL/Oracle databases, and public health environments, plus excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving

Formación

Experience providing application support in healthcare environments.
Strong requirements gathering and enhancement analysis.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of clinical, pharmaceutical, and patient billing workflows.
Experience participating in structured testing cycles.

Responsabilidades

Provide responsive support to EHR users across Local Health Districts.
Triage, troubleshoot, and elevate issues appropriately.
Monitor and maintain key EHR workflows, processes, and procedures.
Engage with stakeholders to understand operational needs and evaluate EHR capabilities.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for system enhancements.
Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile documentation as needed.
Support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical, clinical, and business teams.
Produce clear user documentation, job aids, and training materials.
