Veolia in North America is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety professional to administer EH&S programs at our sites. You will conduct Industrial Hygiene monitoring, maintain equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance across facilities.

The role requires a BS in Science/Engineering, 2–4 years in hazardous waste, and a 40-hour HAZWOPER certification. Travel about 10% and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Science, Environmental or Engineering preferred.
• 2–4 years in the hazardous waste industry or related work experience preferred.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER Certification required.

Aufgaben

• Conduct Industrial Hygiene monitoring and maintain monitoring equipment.
• Review and update Site Plans and SDPs; recommend changes for regulatory compliance.
• Participate in EH&S improvement initiatives; support training on safety topics.
• Conduct regulatory reporting (e.g., Benzene NESHAP, RCRA) and maintain CMS/Tracer systems.
• Travel approximately 10% to various facilities.
