Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead the EH&S function across our manufacturing operations. The role focuses on implementing and improving safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulations, and driving a culture of safety from the shop floor to management levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading EH&S in manufacturing.
• Experience creating and delivering training programs.
• Bachelor’s in occupational health and safety and/or CSP designation desired (not required).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach the EH&S function across manufacturing.
• Develop, administer, and improve EH&S programs.
• Oversee regulatory compliance at local, state, and federal levels.
• Conduct plant audits and safety training for employees.
• Onboard new employees ensuring safety management programs are reviewed.
• Analyze incident data to drive safety improvements.
