Job summary

JMJ PHILLIP seeks an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Manager to oversee safety, environmental compliance, and health programs across our Michigan manufacturing operations. You will lead audits and risk assessments while developing and implementing initiatives to improve safety and environmental performance.

This role requires collaboration with operations to promote a strong safety culture, regulatory compliance expertise (OSHA/EPA), and continuous improvement, with a competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing EHS programs in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations.
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams.
