Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead our O&M teams in a strong safety culture. You will implement and administer EH&S programs, support injury and illness prevention, and ensure operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Reporting to the VP of EH&S, you will conduct audits, analyze incident data, deliver training, onboard new employees, and drive continuous improvement in safety practices across manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading EH&S in manufacturing.
• Experience creating and delivering training programs.
• Bachelor’s in occupational health and safety and/or CSP designation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring, and coaching the EH&S function across manufacturing.
• Developing and delivering safety training programs.
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Managing audits, incident reviews, and hazard assessments.
• Promoting a culture of safety and environmental compliance.
