Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead the O&M teams and advance a top-tier safety culture. You will implement, administer, and improve EH&S programs, and ensure operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Reporting to the Vice President of EH&S, you will conduct audits, analyze incident data, deliver training, onboard new employees, and develop safety education programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading EH&S in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience creating and delivering training programs.
• Bachelor's in Occupational Health and Safety and/or CSP designation desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EH&S function and safety culture across O&M teams.
• Oversee compliance with city, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct plant audits and analyze incident/history data to drive improvements.
• Develop and administer safety training and onboarding for new employees.
• Collect, review and improve safety program data (incidents, hazards, near-misses).
