Exemplar Global is recruiting an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to oversee activities across our Kirkland, WA manufacturing facility, ensuring regulatory compliance and a safe working environment.

The role leads safety initiatives, manages environmental compliance programmes, conducts incident investigations, and collaborates with plant leadership to identify risks and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in EH&S within manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Knowledge of Washington State L&I and Department of Ecology regulations.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee EH&S policies and programmes ensuring OSHA/EPA regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate workers' compensation and L&I claims with HR and management.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EH&S training for staff and leadership.
• Maintain environmental permits, registrations and regulatory submissions.
• Liaise with regulators during inspections and audits.
• Drive risk assessments and safety improvement initiatives.
• Maintain EH&S records and regular reporting to management.
