Job summary

Western Pneumatic Tube Co., a division of AeroFlow Technologies, is seeking an EH&S Manager in Kirkland, WA to lead environmental, health and safety programs at the plant level. You will ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, WA L&I, and manage incident investigations, training, and audits.

The role requires 3–5 years in EHS, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate across managers and supervisors. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor of Science in Occupation Safety and/or Environmental or related field, preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in EHS roles involving leading, coaching, or safety committees.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and promote EH&S programs at the plant level.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, WA State L&I requirements.
• Lead audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
• Manage reporting duties for city, state, and federal compliance.
• Provide training materials and ensure regulatory compliance across the plant.
