Blue Origin in Kent, WA is seeking an experienced EHS professional to lead safety and environmental compliance across manufacturing and prototyping. You will provide SME support to engineering and production resources and drive adherence to OSHA, EPA, and state regulations.

The role requires 7+ years in EHS, a BS in a related field, and the ability to manage reporting, training, and audits across HQ and satellite locations with occasional travel.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years total work in EHS.
• 5+ years work experience in an operational aerospace environment, manufacturing, or chemical industry.
• Minimum of a B.S. degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental science, industrial hygiene, or occupational safety.
• Knowledge and ability to use industrial hygiene tools and monitors.
• Expertise in writing technical reports.

• Implements EHS programs for evaluation and control of hazards.
• Performs EHS consultation services including planning and reporting assessments.
• Provides SME in design and test reviews.
• Supports incidents including spills, injuries, and emergencies.
