Job summary

Triumph in Yakima, WA seeks an Engineer, Environ, Health & Safety to lead EHS programs across the site. The role focuses on hazard awareness, incident investigations, and regulatory compliance in a fast‑paced aerospace environment.

Responsibilities include OSHA/WISHA reporting, risk assessments, training delivery, and collaboration with HR, Operations and Facilities to improve safety and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of OSHA and WISHA regulations.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Experience building and leading safety programs and training.

Responsibilities

• Champion a proactive safety culture with hazard awareness and continuous improvement.
• Lead the Safety Committee and ensure effective meetings and follow‑through.
• Support emergency preparedness through planning, drills, and documentation.
• Administer core safety programs such as lockout/tagout and safe work practices.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and verify corrective actions.
• Manage return‑to‑work and accommodation processes with HR and site leadership.
