Job summary

GardenCore is seeking an EH&S Coordinator to administer the plant's safety program, maintain OSHA documentation, and oversee quality in Growing Media and Mulch products. Responsibilities include testing, inspections, and permit compliance at the plant level, with data management and safety training support for personnel.

The role requires 1–3 years of related office experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent in academic background and experience/training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office software proficiency

Responsibilities

• Administer the plant’s Safety Program
• Maintain all required OSHA documentation
• Prepare monthly safety reports
• Assist in permit applications to regulatory agencies
• Maintain safety records and conduct safety trainings
• Enter and maintain data in on-site data systems
• Inspect work environments for compliance with standards
• Complete annual DEQ emission reports and permit compliance
