Job summary

GardenCore LLC is seeking an EH&S Coordinator to administer and maintain environment, health and safety programs, OSHA compliance, and incident tracking for plant operations in Pennsylvania. The role oversees formulation oversight, testing, raw material inspection, and adherence to permit requirements, as well as safety training, monthly reports, and safety meetings to ensure a safe, compliant workplace.

You will work with production and administrative staff to ensure quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of related office experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Administer the plant’s Safety Program.
• Maintain all OSHA documentation.
• Serve as Safety Committee Secretary.
• Maintain safety records and monthly reports.
• Assist with safety training and permit applications.
• Maintain safety-related policies and data entry.
