Job summary

GardenCore is seeking an EH&S Coordinator to manage environment, health and safety programs, OSHA documentation, and permit-related tracking for Growing Media and Mulch products at the plant level.

The role covers safety training, recordkeeping, incident documentation, and data entry across site operations in Dallas, TX, with travel as needed. Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent in academic background and experience/training.
• High School degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Administer the plant’s Safety Program.
• Maintain OSHA documentation.
• Serve as Safety Committee Secretary.
• Maintain and adhere to the Plant Safety manual.
• Maintain safety records and prepare monthly safety reports.
• Assist in permit applications to regulatory agencies.
• Order and maintain PPE and first aid supplies.
• Assist safety training for plant personnel.
• Maintain employee relations policies and procedures.
• Conduct Weekly Toolbox Talks.
• Complete new hire onboarding trainings.
