Job summary

Daybreak Foods, Inc. is seeking a second shift Processing Line Worker in Minnesota for our eggs processing facility. Under the direction of the Processing Supervisor, you will perform tasks to ensure the highest quality product and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities include operating washers, grading eggs, maintaining hygiene, performing chemical checks, and assisting with line transitions. You will help with clean-up after production and uphold USDA GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or processing desirable.
• Safety programs such as Confined Space, LOTO, HazCom, etc.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor egg processing equipment and conveyors.
• Grade and process eggs through washer and transfer stages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to meet GMP/ USDA standards.
• Perform chemical checks and quality verifications; assist with line changes.
