Qualifications

• Experience in Food Manufacturing or Processing desirable.
• Familiarity with safety programs and processes (Confined Space, LOTO, HazCom, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure products and materials are handled and stored to prevent damage or contamination.
• Grade eggs and manage flow from washer to accumulating station and to breaking machine.
• Keep work area clean and perform cleaning duties during shifts.
• Conduct chemical tests and foam control in washers; rewash eggs as needed.
• Meet USDA standards in breaking, transfer, and shell rooms after production shift.
