Advent Services is seeking a Program Manager for the EFMP Respite Care Services contract supporting IMCOM. You will lead program operations, contract administration, and provider oversight to ensure safe, high-quality respite care nationwide.

• 5+ years of program management or leadership experience in health/social services.
• Experience managing government contracts and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and teams across locations.
