Job summary

InCommunity is seeking an Emergency Out-of-Home Respite Program Manager to lead the 24/7 operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and high-quality services for individuals with IDD. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of progressive experience working with individuals with IDD, preferably in community-based, residential, respite, crisis, or human services settings.
• Experience supervising staff, coordinating service delivery, and managing program operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, incident management, documentation, and risk management.
• Experience responding to behavioral, medical, safety, or operational emergencies and coordinating appropriate resources.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day operations of the Emergency Out-of-Home Respite Program 24/7.
• Oversee intake, assessments, admissions, placements, transitions, and discharges to ensure timely responses.
• Monitor program performance, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; prepare reports for leadership.
• Recruit, supervise, coach, and develop staff and Emergency Respite Providers.
• Coordinate with families, case managers, healthcare providers, and community partners.
