Job summary

Commander, Navy Installations Command seeks a non-clinical EFMP case worker at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam to coordinate services and resources for families enrolled in EFMP. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social science or related discipline, or4+ years of related experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of EFMP requirements and military resources.
• Knowledge of SECNAV, OPNAV and CNIC policies to manage cases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train families on EFMP.
• Experience maintaining case files and applying case management practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as installation non-clinical EFMP case worker.
• Act as liaison to health care professionals to coordinate services.
• Coordinate EFMP events and activities; provide briefings as needed.
• Educate families on available resources and the military lifestyle.
